RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulations”) are issued based on the provisions of the Act of March 20, 2009 on mass event safety (Unified Text Dz. U. from 2022 r., item 1466, with later amendments, hereinafter referred to as the „Act”) and based on the provisions of the Civil Code. Making a reservation for a glamping tent is equivalent to accepting the conditions of the regulations.
2. The Regulations are issued by the event organizer (hereinafter referred to as the „Event”), i.e., by the Personality Improvement Institute Association based in Płock at ul. Gintera 3/20 09-407, NIP: 7743237938 (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer”).
3. The Personality Improvement Institute Association, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor, is responsible for the tourist equipment subject to rental at the Moonli Festival Tent Field.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

4. The rental of tourist equipment, which includes a bell tent with equipment, is possible only for adults. The Lessor reserves the right to verify the tenant by requesting a valid identity document. Refusal to present a valid identity document results in the impossibility of concluding a rental agreement.

5. Two-person and four-person tents are available for choice.

6. The rental period includes the entire duration of the Festival, i.e., from 10:00 AM on July 13, 2023, to 4:00 PM on July 16, 2023.

TENT RESERVATION

7. The rental of tourist equipment is possible after fulfilling the following conditions: a non-refundable purchase of the Glamping package available on the website https://moonlifestiwal.pl/, acceptance of the Regulations available on the same website, and signing of the rental protocol, which contains a detailed list of the rented equipment. The tenant is obliged to pay a contractual refundable deposit of PLN 250 as security in case of improper use of the glamping service.

8. By signing the equipment rental protocol, the tenant confirms that they have received the equipment in a technical condition consistent with the description contained in the rental protocol. In addition, the tenant undertakes to return the equipment in an undamaged condition and in accordance with the deadline specified in the rental protocol.

9. Before picking up the rented equipment, the tenant is obliged to check its technical condition, efficiency, and completeness.

10. By accepting the Regulations, the tenant declares possession of the necessary knowledge about the proper use of the rented equipment and undertakes to use it in a way that does not threaten their health or the lives of others and does not expose the equipment to destruction or damage.

11. The tenant is informed that inside the tent and in its vicinity, there is an absolute prohibition on: a) using open fire, b) using electric or gas-powered devices, c) smoking tobacco or electronic cigarettes, d) cooking inside the tents, e) using gas cylinders.

12. When purchasing a glamping type ticket, a deposit of PLN 250 gross is collected, which is a refundable fee. The refund takes place after returning the rented equipment in an unimpaired, complete state and in accordance with the handover protocol, within 7 days from the end of the Festival, to the specified bank account. In justified cases, photographic documentation may be performed.

13. The person renting is responsible for theft, loss, destruction, damage, soiling, and loss of rented equipment.

14. In case of return of dirty or wet equipment, the person renting is obliged to pay a service fee of PLN 300, which corresponds to the cost of cleaning the rented equipment.

15. In case of theft, damage or soiling of the rented equipment, the person renting is obliged to pay an additional fee, determined based on the detailed list (protocol) of rented equipment and the price list in case of theft, damage, or soiling.
